Teaching Methods

Distribution of study material:

Semester-wise printed study material is distributed to all students for all papers of Accountancy from first year to third year. It helps to adhere to teaching plan. Times to time changes in syllabus are incorporated and study material is updated.

 

Workshops, Seminar, Guest lectures.

Guest lectures for T.Y.B.Com. Students are organized.

Year 2015-16 Workshop by Malad Chamber of Tax Consultants on practical aspects of Direct Tax, MVAT & Service Tax – 147 Students benefitted.

Year 2016-17 Seminar by Institute of Computer Accountants on GST- 160 Students benefitted.

 

 

Student Support Scheme

  • For slow learners remedial coaching is provided so that they cope up with the subject.
  • Group discussion, workshop, seminar, guest lectures are arranged on regular basis.
  • Department through Career Guidance Cell organizes seminars to provide information about
    different opportunities in the field of Accountancy.
  • For T.Y.B.Com students regular test series is held before university examination to prepare
    them for the final exams.
  • Students are encouraged to participate in conferences organized in college.
  • Regular feedback is collected from students for faculties, workshop, seminars etc. and it is
    analysed and conveyed to the concerned persons.
